Boutique Bridal Show - fall 2008

You've got questions, we've got answers!

If you don't see what it is you're after, please contact us, and we'll answer any questions you may have.

What experience do your DJ's have performing at?
All our Disc Jockeys are professional and have had training in a variety of settings from weddings to sweet 16 birthday parties! NiteFly Entertainment requires that you have at least 5 years of experience...meaning we hire the best Disc Jockeys who have the passion installed in them for this career.

Do you use professional equipment?
We always use professional equipment for the simple reason that it is the most reliable gear out there. Our equipment is purchased and serviced at the local commercial audio dealer to ensure it's working when we are!

How do you acquire your music?
We purchase our music through authorized music providers. The music we use are licensed products. Our main supplier is a company called Promo Only from Calgary. New music arrives every two weeks.

Do you use a written contract?
Professional Disc Jockey services use a written contract, and we are no exception. Our written contract is in place to protect both the customer and NiteFly Entertainment. For that reason you can be guaranteed that our Disc Jockey will be at your very important event when they should be.

Do you have access to backup equipment?
We always bring backup equipment to your event in case something should ever happen. Our equipment is tested frequently for any problems, and properly maintained to ensure your event will go off without a hitch.

What will you wear to my event?
When our Disc Jockeys are on location at your event they treat it like they are in a corporate office building:
Full suit and dress shoes are required as the proper NiteFly Entertainment staff uniform policy.

Do you take requests?
We always encourage you and your guests to approach us with any requests you have. The more requests that are brought to our attention, the more fun and excitement you can have at your event.

Can we meet to discuss the details of my event?
We always like to meet with our clients face to face. We want our customers to feel comfortable knowing everything is under control and organized at all times leading up to and during the event.

How can I contact you regarding my event?
Our office is open 9-5, and outside our business hours your call is always forwarded to our cell phones. Email is also checked often. We would call ourselves a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week Disc Jockey Service.

Please visit our contact page for phone numbers and email addresses.

What is your policy regarding suggestive lyrics?
Our Disc Jockeys carry a radio edited music format...meaning that it has all been edited to remove suggestive content.
